What packaging options do you have?
Signature Packaging
Your order will be placed in one of our signature orange boxes and luxuriously tied with ribbon. All our signature boxes are FSC-certified and fully recyclable.
Where are Diana Herrera products manufactured?
Diana Herrera products are crafted with the highest quality materials, design and workmanship. All of the DH products are made in Cali, Colombia.
In line with our mission of responsible shopping, we are constantly searching to find more sustainable materials and manufacturing processes to develop products that have a lower impact on the environment, while still upholding our commitment to superior craftsmanship and quality.
How can I exchange or return an item?
You have 15 days from the date you received your order to exchange an item, return it for store credit or giftcard.

Can I modify or cancel an item in my order?
Depending on the status of your order, it may be possible to cancel an item or change it to a different size. Please note, we’re unable to combine or add an item to an existing order.
